Snoring and Erectile Dysfunction
Is possible a connection between snoring and erectile dysfunction?
I did have seen which seems to be strange firstly. Numerous clients of mine who did buy the stop snoring program and also purchased and benefited from my erectile dysfunction program and vice versa.
I don’t have any clear management in any other programs of mine.
Both snoring and erectile dysfunction happens to be common amongst men around 40 years of age. But this is not the real cause for the connection between these two programs.
The actual reason for the fundamental cause of snoring is same as the cause of erectile dysfunction. Snoring often leads to erectile dysfunction and vice versa.
Erectile dysfunction is mainly caused do to lack of blood flow into the penis. This happens due to tension and weakness created on the muscles around the genital area. You will be healed only if you train these muscles.
Snoring occurs due to the presence of blocks in the breathing passages. These blocks occurs because of tension and weakness of the muscles around the breathing passages. If you train these muscles you could be trained.
But these two conditions are often merely a sign of a bigger underlying problem. Men who snore or suffer from erectile dysfunction are very likely to experience stroke and heart attack. Actually, they’re almost guaranteed to suffer either one of these attacks at some point, unless they do something about their conditions.
Why Is That?
These small, delicate muscles (around the genitals and breathing passages) does not get weak or tense at once. Inch by inch the narrowing of the veins (caused by cholesterol, smoking and other conditions), hardens and weakens them.
Emotional tensions does act to make these muscles tense and even blocks the nutrition to flow.
Snoring has another serious side effect. Or rather sleep apnea has another serious side effects. Many snorers suffer from sleep apnea without even realizing it. Sleep apnea is the condition where the breathing passage completely closes up several times a night, causing the feeling of suffocation. Those who suffer from this condition often wake up (completely or unconsciously) gasping for air.
This tension causes the veins and the muscles in the back of the neck to harden. Little by little, they get narrower and narrower and can’t deliver enough oxygen up to the brain. If anything goes wrong after that, the person suffer stroke.
The veins and the muscles in the neck are not the only thing that tense due to the oxygen deprivation of snoring (sleep apnea). The same thing can happen to the heart. The same thing happens to the veins and muscles around the genital area, causing erectile dysfunction.
So What Is The Solution?
In order to deal with the condition itself and to heal the harm done already, you do require to train these muscles and try to relief them of the tension thats been a burden to these muscles. Actually, these are small muscles to whom we never pay any attention or train them.
Does anybody except me talk about training the throat? How about training the small delicate muscles that help us pee? Nobody sees these muscles but they’re essential to our health and well being.
If you suffer from snoring, you’ll focus on the muscles around the throat using the exercises fro the stop snoring exercises program.
If you do suffer from erectile dysfunction, you do require to focus on the muscles present around the genitals by following the exercises from the erectile dysfunction program.
If you are suffering from snoring and ED (like I explained in the beginning that many of my clients do) then you should put extra effort by exercising both the areas.
And then, you may want to think about changing your life style. The heart attack prevention propaganda is so strong that you probably know a lot about what is recommended to prevent this condition.
You need to apply this knowledge in order to prevent other fundamental causes of erectile dysfunction, snoring and stroke. Whatever is good for the heart is always better for your overall health.
